Litigation, arbitration and other proceedings

An important agenda of our law firm is representing clients in proceedings before general courts and in arbitration proceedings. Upon taking over the matter, we will evaluate the client’s position in the dispute, his possible success and draw his attention to any related risks. If the client is interested, we negotiate with the counterparty in order to reach a friendly solution. In a situation where this procedure is not possible or a friendly solution is not reached, we provide the client with comprehensive litigation, including planning of procedural tactics, preparation of all necessary written documents, proposals and statements. We ensure possible subsequent enforcement of decisions. We also represent our clients in administrative proceedings before all administrative bodies.
