Mgr. Hana Ševelová

Mgr. Hana Ševelová graduated from the Law Faculty of the Masaryk University in Brno. She also attended a semestral study program at the Law Faculty of the La Sapienza University in Rome. Since 2003 she has been recorded in the list of Attorneys at Law maintained by the Czech Bar Association. She is fluent in Czech, English and Italian language and has a communicative knowledge of German and Romanian.

Hana focuses on providing legal services in various areas of civil and commercial law, on general contractual agenda, corporate law, real estate law, administrative law and intellectual property law. She also gained significant experience in the field of civil litigation. Hana participated in several transactions of mergers and acquisitions, provided legal services to important developers, producers and commercial companies operating in retail and also wholesale, including one of the biggest global telecommunication operators, assisted to banks and institutions.

She has been providing legal consultancy to Czech and foreign clients operating not only in the Czech Republic but also abroad. From 2007 to 2010 she participated in foundation, development and management of Bucharest and Sofia branches of an important Czech law firm. As of graduation from the Law Faculty she constantly provides complex legal services to Italian speaking clients in the Czech Republic. From 2001 to 2002 and from 2005 to 2007 she was a member of the Board of Directors of the Italian-Czech Chamber of Commerce in Prague.
