JUDr. Pavel Šafář

Pavel Šafář graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and holds also the degree of Ing. obtained at the University of Economics in Prague. He is a partner of the law firm Šafář & Partners. Since 1998, he has been registered in the list of lawyers maintained by the Czech Bar Association and is one of the Slovak Bar Associations. He speaks Czech, English, French, German and Russian.

Pavel specializes in mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance and has extensive experience in litigation. He is active in international arbitration proceedings, both as a lawyer and as an arbitrator in arbitration disputes. He is registered as an arbitrator at the Arbitration Court at the Economic and Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic, at the Arbitration Center for Dispute Resolution from the EU, the Arbitration and Conciliation Court of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, the Vienna International Arbitration Center and the International Dubai Arbitration Center.
