Monika Šafářová graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. After termination of her studies she worked as a trainee lawyer in a law firm in Prague. She completed doctoral studies in business law at the Charles University in Prague. Since 2011 she has been recorded in the list of Attorneys at Law maintained by the Czech Bar Association. She is fluent in Czech and English.
In the course of her practise Monika mainly focuses on providing legal services in the field of civil, family and commercial law, general contractual agenda, corporate law and intellectual property law. She gained expertise also in the field of debt collection and representation of clients in front of civil courts.
